Outdoors and Exercise
Movement and time outdoors is vital to a child's growth and development. Studies show that physical exercise and movement is directly linked to cognitive function and here at CIS we aim to ensure that children receive plenty of opportunities to move and spread their wings!
Every single day our children are active; from yoga and stretching to sports lessons, walks, gross motor skill tasks, playground play and outdoor activities, we aim to provide their bodies and minds with all they need to grow. There are many different playgrounds, parks, green areas and open spaces around school that we visit all year round as well as our excursions, sports days and theme days!
