2歳未満でご参加されるお子様(参加時)には、10%のスペシャルケアフィーが加算されます。

※ Please note that the Daycare Programme reservation is first come first serve basis and availability is limited.

保育ルームのご予約も先着順でお受けしております。満席となり次第、受付終了となりますので、あらかじめご了承下さい。

Classes and Building

Children will be divided into two classes. Please see below for details. All classes will be held at our Main Building.

年齢により2クラスに分けます。各クラスの対象年齢は下記をご参照ください。

全てのクラスは本館にてレッスンを行います。

Mini Maestros: 18 months to 3 years old 18ヶ月〜3歳

Cool Creators: 4 years old to 6 years old 4歳〜6歳

Order Meals

Children can bring their own meals or order school meals. Meals are delivered by our affiliated catering lunch service, Luca Deli. If you wish to have a school lunch, you can order directly from Lucadeli (lunch fees are not included in the tuition fee). Please check more details on the documents handed to you after signing up.

ランチはご持参もしくは提携先であるLuca Deliからのスクールランチ、いずれかをお選びいただけます。スクールランチをご希望の場合は、各自ご注文となり、学費には含まれておりません。詳細はお申し込み後にお渡しする書類でご確認ください。

Important Notes Regarding Application

We accept applications only for 2 days sign-up for this programme, and subject to available spaces. ※We do not accept 1 day or Half Day sign-up. 本プログラムは、2日間のお申し込みのみお受けいたします。お席が満席になり次第、受付終了となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。※1日のみ、またはハーフデイのお申し込みはお受けできません。
Please note that if you are external student and wish to use daycare programme during the programme, you will be charged in advance together with the programme tuition fee. If you would like to use the daycare programme, please inquire in the note section of your application or by e-mail. Please note that refunds or any changes to the application are not accepted after payment is settled. 外部生の方で、本プログラム期間中に保育ルームの利用をご希望の場合、原則、本プログラム学費とご一緒に保育ルーム利用料をご請求いたします。ご利用をご希望の場合は、お申し込み時に備考欄またはEメールにてお問い合わせください。ご入金後のお申し込み内容の変更および返金はお受けできませんのご了承ください。
Please understand that any absence during the programme will not be subject to make-up lessons or refunds under any circumstances. プログラム開催期間中にお休みをされた場合、いかなる理由でもお振替や返金の対象となりません。
Although we will do our best to accommodate, this programme may be subject to cancellation depending on the government request in case of further spread of COVID-19 or upon confirmation of infection in the school community. コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴う政府からの要請、またはスクールコミュニティ内で感染が認められた場合、できる限り対応させていただきますが、本プログラムの開催を中止とさせていただく場合がございます。この場合の返金はございません。
